Best 1 Day Detox Ive Done!

I lost 12lbs doing the 7 day detox and manifested a new apartment! All the journal promps were so helpful im so thankful for Jacky and this detox book!

Excited to keep doing this I did this detox last week for the full day and didn't cheat and my results were great! I lost 4.6lbs and 3 inches off of my waist! Wow!!! I sent Jacky a DM right when she posted this detox on her story and immediately wanted to see if it would be a good fit for me. She messaged me back so quickly, and was ready to help me start feeling better as I am a mom of three under 5 and I haven’t had much time to take care of me.
